Easley Custom Plastics - Management Team

	Craig Homan-President: is the founder and CEO of CH Industries, Inc. (CHI) and President of ECP. He started CHI in October 2003 with the purpose of acquiring manufacturing companies, completing the first acquisition, ECP, in May 2004. Craig started his career in public accounting having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ferris State University. His 30 plus year career path has allowed him to obtain in-depth operational management experience combined with expertise in all aspects of the acquisition process.
	Rob Merritt-CFO: joined ECP in 2009. Rob brings over 13 years of manufacturing experience to ECP; over 7 of those were spent in the plastics industry. He has been instrumental in multi-border plant start-ups. Rob specializes in developing lean techniques for both operations and the commercial/administrative areas. He has served as CFO, General Manager and as a board member for various companies through out his career. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Clemson University.


	Kris Lillibridge-Director of Engineering and Commercial Services: joined ECP in 2004. Kris brings over 15 years of product, process and tooling design experience to the ECP management team. Kris has a broad background in product/process design, including experience with many components and processes outside of injection molding. He has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
	Danny Patterson-Director of Operations: started in 1981 with the original ECP. After working through the ranks of the business and gaining experience in the industry, he was promoted to his current position. Danny obtained an Associates Degree in Business from Southern Wesleyan University while being employed with the company.
	Jan Paul-Director of Quality: joined ECP in 2002. Jan achieved her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Jan has over 15 years experience in molding and tooling including project management and engineering management positions.
	Marque Kilpatrick-Human Resources Manager: joined ECP in 2004. Over a span of 25 years, Marque has held leadership positions in two other manufacturing companies encompassing all aspects of Human Resources Management. Marque holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Morehead State University.
